Yoga and the CBC

I was up to Toronto today to record "Yoga and Me" for First Person Singular (a regular personal essay feature on "Sounds Like Canada," or whatever they're calling it this year). Yes, I did age the New Age ending a little.

Toronto is wonderful -- somehow the glass canyons are friendly and lively without being overwhelming. I bought a cloch hat from a street vendor, sat on a curb and ate breaded eggplant pita with hot sauce, saw a three-masted schooner under sail (making better time than the bus I was on), got lost in the Underground City (again), and generally had a good time. And the recording was fine.

I don't know yet when the piece will air. Sometime this fall.
