slips and scores

Got a rejection slip from Grain today for the New Testament story poems from Thunder. (It really is a slip, little crooked photocopy, unsigned. Says "carefully considered" but may as well say "Nope.") Could send them out again with "Revelation" and "Resurrection" -- but will have to send them to someplace that answers fast. This is the first reply from that batch of submissions in early February.

On the other hand, a couple of my poems got into Alba, an online journal of short poems (less than 10 lines). They will be in the next issue.
